By creating an account, accessing, or using SPINDEX, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our Services.
● You must be at least 13 years old to use SPINDEX.
● If you are under 18, you may only use SPINDEX with the consent of aparent or guardian.
● By registering, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and truthful.
● You must create a SPINDEX account to access certain features.
● You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
● You agree to notify us immediately at support@spindex.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
● SPINDEX reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts forviolation of these Terms.
You agree to use SPINDEX only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:
● Post false, misleading, or fraudulent match results.
● Attempt to manipulate ratings or rankings unfairly.
● Harass, abuse, or threaten other users.
● Upload viruses, malicious code, or engage in hacking.
● Use the Services for commercial purposes without written permission from MLTT.
● Impersonate another user, player, or SPINDEX representative.
● Ratings are calculated using the SPINDEX algorithm and may be displayed publicly.
● Match results submitted by clubs, organizers, or players are considered official unless successfully disputed.
● SPINDEX reserves the right to review, audit, or adjust ratings to maintain system integrity.
● All results are final unless corrected by authorized SPINDEX administrators.
● SPINDEX may offer premium services or event registrations for a fee.
● Payments are processed through secure third-party providers.
● All purchases are final unless otherwise stated in writing.
● We may change pricing or availability of premium features with notice.
● The SPINDEX name, logo, rating system, and all related content are the intellectual property of Major League Table Tennis.
● You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify SPINDEX content without prior written consent.
● Players retain ownership of content they submit (such as photos or bios), but grant SPINDEX anon-exclusive, royalty-free license to display such content on the platform.
Your use of SPINDEX is also governed byour Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using SPINDEX, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.
● You may terminate your account at any time through your profile settings or by contacting support@spindex.com.
● We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct harmful to SPINDEX orits community.
● Upon termination, your right touse the Services will immediately cease, though some data (e.g., match results) may remain part of historical SPINDEX records.
● SPINDEX is provided “as is” and“as available.” We make no guarantees regarding accuracy, availability, oruninterrupted operation.
● SPINDEX is not responsible for disputes between players or clubs regarding match results outside our official processes.
● To the fullest extent permitted by law, SPINDEX and MLTT disclaim all liability for indirect, incidental, orconsequential damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SPINDEX, MLTT, and their affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from anyclaims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violationof these Terms.
